Q: How do I order from La Pashe?

A: If you are a non-trade customer you can order via this website by simply choosing which designs you like and adding them into your basket. Payment can be made once you have finished shopping. If you are a Trade customer then you will have been issued with a log-in and password. Once logged in you can then see the trade prices and quantities. Once you have placed your choices into the basket, simply go to checkout and enter payment details

Q: How long will my order take to reach me?

A: Dependent on the shipping choices you make at the checkout stage, most orders will be with you within 48-72 hours. Please take into account we may be experiencing a high level of demand around product launch dates so please allow an extra day or so to recieve your order during this busy time.

Q: If I want to open a Trade Account, how do I do this?

A: We only allow you to have a Trade Account if you are trading from Commercial Premises. This means you must have a bricks and mortar shop to be able to deal with us as a trade customer. If you do, please contact our sales team on 0191 417 6494 or email us at trade@lapashe.com for further details

Q: I'm not a trade customer, how do I order your products?

A: You can do this in a number of ways:

  1. via our network of stockists (Please see our stockists page for further info)
  2. through this website (please note we only sell full sets of product, if its individual designs your looking for, please visit your local stockist)
